Return an item
Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if 7 days have elapsed since your purchase.
For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and in the same state as it was received. The original packaging must also accompany it.
Non-refundable items include:
- Gift cards
To finalize your return, we necessitate a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing accessories are not eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email to confirm that your item has been received. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You should send your product to the return address provided during the return process or in the email communication.
For returned items valued over $75, consider utilizing a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
