When will my order be dispatched?
We strive to dispatch items as swiftly as possible. For all PRE-ORDER SHOE items, kindly allow a period of 6-8 weeks. During special promotions ONLY, Made-to-Order (MTO) items are dispatched within 2-3 weeks, and IN-STOCK items within 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking numbers once your order is dispatched. Can I return my order if I'm unsatisfied, or if there's an issue?
Absolutely. We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. Unworn and unused items can also be returned. We provide a 7-day window from the date of delivery for you to send the items back to us in their new and original condition for a full refund. Please note, we can't accept returns after 7 days!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty! However, cancellation must occur before your order is dispatched. If the item is already shipped, please utilize our simple return system to get a full refund.
What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?

Shipping times can vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, based on your location. Typically, shipping takes 2-5 business days.
